Overview:
Metairie, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Qualifications
- 10 years working experience in executive assistant roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience supporting marketing, financial, and event coordination tasks
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record (valid driver’s license and maintenance thereafter is required as a condition of employment)
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, kneel, stoop and/or sit
• Ability to remain in seated stationary position for long periods of time
• Ability to navigate around office to use equipment as needed
• Light lifting (Up to 20 lbs.) as needed
