Kenner, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the President and Executive Vice President while working cross-functionally to support department and company level events. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, flexibility and initiative, must be highly organized, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion handling a wide variety of activities, and work well under pressure.
This role will interact with a diverse cross-section of people and cultures, handling confidential and time sensitive information. This position will also serve as a liaison between the Executive Team and colleagues, co-workers, friends, and family, as directed. Availability outside of normal business hours may be required as needed. This position offer competitive pay and GREAT benefits!!

Essential Duties:
- Provide multi-faceted administrative support to ensure effective use of executive's time and productive interactions with staff and clients.
- Handle wide range of administrative support tasks while working independently; take initiative and implement processes to manage projects, information, and people through to completion with minimal supervision
- Manage Executive Team’s schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and travel arrangements (to include professional/personal engagements).
- Reconcile expense reports and reimbursement of expenses for Executive Team.
- Prepare reports and/or special projects; may include data collection, coordination, final copy preparation, distribution and may include final presentation.
- Develop positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Use discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate key activities while maintaining confidentiality.
- Process information requests and perform project management duties that may include coordinating conferences, large events, and other company functions.
- Consistently respond to all correspondence in a timely manner; may be required to monitor executive’s emails and respond on their behalf.
- Create and maintain accurate databases, contact records, and customer information, organizing and maintaining documents, filing, data entry, and answering multiple phone lines in a professional and courteous manner.
- 10 years of working experience in executive assistant roles
- Prior experience supporting marketing, financial, and event coordination tasks
- Excellent time management, collaboration, personal effectiveness, integrity, flexibility, technical capacity, and composure in stressful situations.
- Ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive duties simultaneously.
- High level proficiency of the English language, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Understanding of databases/project management software.
- Analyze information and evaluate recommendations of process improvement.
- Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality.
- Effective interpersonal skills; exercising tact in dealing with both internal and external customers.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships, willingness to treat customers and coworkers in a manner consistent with the company's mission and philosophy.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Research, analyze, and summarize data, and prepare accurate and logical reports.
- Balance and adjust to changes with multiple priorities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, as needed
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record (valid driver’s license and maintenance thereafter is required as a condition of employment)
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, kneel, stoop and/or sit
- Ability to remain in seated stationary position for long periods of time
- Ability to navigate around office to use equipment as needed
- Light lifting (Up to 20 lbs.) as needed
