Duties for this position will include :
Facilitate Agile events for assigned product and services production delivery teams.
Provide and develop meaningful metrics including Velocity, Sprint Burndown, Lead time, Cycle time and throughput to drive continuous improvement and to support forecasting and planning.
Acts as servant leader to enable the team to be self-organized, cross-functional and effective in an environment new to Agile delivery.
Facilitates team collaboration, decision making and conflict resolution in the production support Incident and Problem Management space.
Assists in managing dependencies with other teams and areas across the enterprise.
Coordinates team activities during PI planning events
Manages projects as needed.
Required experience :
At least three years of Scrum Master experience
Ability to work onsite in Madison, WI 2-3 days per week
Experienced in Application Production Support
At least three years of metrics, dashboard and reporting experience
Technical background preferred
