RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform in-house tailoring and alterations to ensure customized, high-quality fits.
- Oversee multiple department needs to ensure employees receive well-fitted garments.
- Manage apparel orders from multiple vendors, overseeing backstock inventory and supply chain logistics.
- Schedule and conduct employee fittings to ensure proper garment fit and comfort.
- Educate employees on styling, garment care, and best practices to maintain a polished, professional appearance.
- Provide mending services to extend garment longevity and uphold uniform standards.
- Manage dry cleaning sign-ups, providing employees with easy access to services.
- Oversee pick-up and drop-off logistics for dry cleaning services.
- Maintain communication with dry cleaning vendors to ensure timely, high-quality service.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1-3 years experience in garment tailoring, alterations, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Effective communication and customer service skills
