Flexjet is currently seeking an Engagement Coordinator to join our Operations/Owner Services team. This role will play a key part in executing employee events and supporting the development of our overall engagement program for the department. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of employee events, including team-building activities, department celebrations, recognition programs, and other initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV setup, and transportation.
- Support the development of engagement programs that enhance company culture and drive employee participation.
- Track event budgets, process invoices, and ensure cost-effective event planning.
- Coordinate event communications, including invitations, reminders, and post-event surveys, to measure impact and gather feedback.
- Maintain an organized inventory of event materials and supplies.
- Provide on-site event support, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any last-minute challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve existing engagement programs.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1-3 years experience in a corporate environment focusing on event management
Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, employees, other departments, and vendors
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to be adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
Creative problem-solving skills
