Now Hiring : Narrow Web Flexo Press Operator – St. Charles, MO
Pay : $25–$39 / hour (Based on Experience)
Shifts Available : 1st Shift (6 AM – 2 PM) | 2nd Shift (2 PM – 10 PM)

A well-established flexographic printing company in St. Charles, MO is looking for experienced Narrow Web Flexo Press Operators to join their team. If you have a background in flexo printing and are looking for great pay, immediate PTO, and excellent benefits, this is a fantastic opportunity!
What You’ll Do :
- Operate and maintain narrow web flexographic presses (Mark Andy experience a plus)
- Perform setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting for high-quality production
- Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments to meet customer standards
- Ensure efficient production while minimizing waste and downtime
- Work in a temperature-controlled environment for comfort and efficiency
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines to maintain a clean and organized workspace
