Core Responsibilities:

• Operating Machinery: Efficiently run and maintain production equipment.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assembly and Manufacturing: Assemble parts or products accurately and efficiently.
• Following Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
• Material Handling: Managing raw materials, loading, and unloading.

Core Skills:

• Basic Math and Measurement Skills: Ability to perform accurate calculations for production tasks.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and the use of hands to handle products. Employees must be capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs. Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and depth perception. The work environment may include exposure to moving mechanical parts, and moderate noise levels, reflecting Flexpak’s active production floor environment.
