This Position Reports Directly To: Chief Executive Officer
Position Overview: The Director of Procurement holds a pivotal role within Flexpak, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This leadership position encompasses the strategic direction and management of our procurement function, ensuring alignment with our overarching business objectives. The Director will be at the helm of crafting and executing procurement strategies that not only drive cost savings but also foster strong supplier relationships, enhance operational efficiency, and champion sustainability initiatives across our organization.

- Supplier Analysis: Ability to conduct comprehensive supplier analysis, analyze proposals, and support negotiations with decision-making tools/models.
- Project Management: Capacity to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
