As a Field Service Technician, your role is to guarantee prompt and cost-effective maintenance and repair of printers/copiers, while also cultivating and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction with our services and products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing products independently
- Diagnosing basic printing issues, discerning between printer and network problems
- Experience with Networking and Installations of printers/copiers
- Installing scanning and equipment in a peer-to-peer setting
- Managing inventory according to company standards
- Upkeeping your vehicle, tool kit, and supplies
- Cultivating and preserving professional relationships with customers and staff
- Upholding a professional demeanor
- Ensuring maximum equipment uptime through prompt repairs

What you will contribute to the role:
- Preferred prior experience in maintenance and repair of printers/copiers. Experience with production machines is preferred.
- Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude and skills.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Computer and analytical skills.
- High School Diploma required, Electronics or Computer associate’s degree preferred.
- Capability to lift and carry 50 pounds and pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes.
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license from the state of residence and a clean driving record.
