Your Role : Experienced Service Technician - Specializing in Ricoh Devices
As a Service Technician, you'll showcase your skills by managing a full workload of customers, ensuring timely and cost-effective maintenance of office product equipment while delivering outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
The salary for this role is $24-$31 / hourly
Key Responsibilities :
- Service Ricoh copiers and printers with minimal assistance.
- Troubleshoot basic printing issues and identify printer vs. network problems.
- Install scanning and equipment in peer-to-peer environments.
- Maintain inventory per company specifications.
- Ensure your car, tool kit, and supplies are organized and ready.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Provide sales support by advising on problems or potential leads.
- Maximize equipment uptime with timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Manage your time effectively and ensure professional appearances.
