Job Summary:
As a Mobility Solutions Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping prospective members find the right FlexLease solution to meet their unique transportation needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding them through the leasing process, addressing their questions, and ensuring a seamless and transparent experience. This role is ideal for someone with prior car sales, car leasing/rental or financial services experience who is passionate about helping people gain access to reliable and flexible mobility solutions, thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, and is eager to contribute to a growing, mission-driven company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Engagement: Actively connect with potential members to understand their mobility needs and provide tailored leasing recommendations.
- Education & Guidance: Clearly explain FlexLease program benefits, eligibility criteria, payment structures, and vehicle options.
- Application Support: Assist members throughout the lease application process, ensuring smooth onboarding process.
- Lead Management: Respond to inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and leverage CRM tools to track and manage member interactions.
- Trust & Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with members, supporting them through lease renewals, extensions, and vehicle transitions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with operations, underwriting, fleet, risk, and customer service teams to ensure an efficient car leasing process.
- Member Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing concerns, answering questions, and providing personalized mobility solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years in customer-facing car sales/leasing, car rental, or financial services (car sales/leasing or car rental experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and online applications.
- Driven & Goal-Oriented: Motivated to meet and exceed performance targets while delivering an outstanding member experience.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Able to work in a hybrid environment (remote and in-office) while thriving in a fast-moving, startup-like setting.
