Our client, a leading manufacturer of electronic devices, is seeking an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in the defense industry.
This role involves working closely with customers to respond to their requests for quotations (RFQ) and proposals (RFP), as well as supporting contract review and sales order issuance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quotation files, monthly booking reports, and year-to-date sales reports. They will also coordinate and manage domestic and international customer returns, provide import instructions and requirements with foreign customers, and coordinate with Import/Export Brokers to clear international goods.
A bachelor's degree is not required; however, an associate's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. In addition, experience with ERP systems and electronic device manufacturing is highly beneficial.
