FlexTek has partnered with an established Homebuilder in Houston (Westchase) that is hiring an AP Specialist!
Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $24/hr
Working 100% in-office
The ideal candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills, will be interacting with vendors and field employees. Also looking for someone who catches on quickly and is eager to learn.
- Review and record a high volume of invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
- Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 2 years in Accounts Payable
- Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
- Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
- System: Timberscan (not required- will train)
