FlexTek has partnered with an established construction company in North Houston that is hiring an AP Specialist! The company is growing at a very fast rate and there is a lot of room for professional growth & upward mobility!
Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $24-25/per hour (DOE)
Working 100% in-office
The ideal candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills, will be interacting with vendors and field employees. Also looking for someone who catches on quickly and is eager to learn.
- Review and record a high volume of invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
- Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses
- Proficient in 3-way match with PO's
- Sort, code, and match invoices
- High Volume Invoice Processing
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in Accounts Payable
- Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
- Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
Salary : $24 - $25
