We are seeking a Senior Operations and Customer Service Manager to lead our service delivery, streamline operations, and enhance customer experience.
Position Overview:
The Senior Operations and Customer Service Manager will oversee daily operations, optimize service performance, and lead customer service initiatives to ensure client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in Plumbing, HVAC, and Automation services who can drive efficiency, implement process improvements, and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring seamless execution of Plumbing, HVAC, and Automation projects.
• Customer Service Leadership: Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational enhancements, cost reductions, and workflow efficiency.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop service teams, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing concerns and ensuring contract fulfillment.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs, service quality, and response times, driving continuous operational excellence.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Manage third-party vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Budget & Resource Allocation: Optimize resources, manage budgets, and control operational expenses effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree- PREFERRED
• 7 years of experience in operations and customer service management within the Commercial Facility Services industry (Plumbing, HVAC, or Automation preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in service management software and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and safety protocols.
