Job TITLE : Technical Channel Project Manager

Skill :

  • Work closely with channel partners to understand customer needs and existing system landscape, documenting findings.
  • Coordinate with engineering organization.
  • Provide architecture introduction of solution to prospects.
  • Engage in technical discussions with prospects and channel partners.
  • Oversee solution implementation working closely with channel partners.
  • Develop and manage schedules for engagements.
  • Facilitate interactions and resolutions of issues to unblock development team.
  • Oversee and track dependencies of implementations, providing regular reports to management.
  • Identify and support implementation of process improvements.
  • Establish relationships within channel partner organizations.

Experience :

  • Overall 8 years of industry experience.
  • 3 years of prior programming experience, preferably in mobile application and platform service development.
  • 4 years of consulting and lead project / program management experience.
  • Must have technical experience (this is not a pure project management role).
  • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills, including presentation to prospects and channel partners.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations within the US and occasionally internationally.
  • Analytical and process-oriented.
  • Experienced working with software development teams.
  • Experienced in running multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Be the first to notice risks and issues as they arise and elevate them to management.
  • Courage to be a voice of reason and authority, and make tough calls.
  • Creative problem-solving skills related to team, project deliverables, and cross-functional issues.
  • Ability and desire to learn new areas as solutions evolve over time.
  • Must be productive in working remotely with various teams.

    • Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is a must.
