Job Summary
The Senior Director of Business Development will be located in the United States and will be responsible for growing relationships with customers at all levels necessary to understand their business and identify where and how Flex can add value towards their business objectives.
What a typical day looks like :
- Develop new business with key target customer markets to achieve specific booking targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external product design organizations.
- Analyze and understand customer's business strategy, future product plans, and expansion activities.
- Define, initiate, and program manage business development activities that will strengthen, expand, and drive market penetration.
- Assist customers in the development and execution of product roadmaps and act as a focal point in delivering Flex solutions.
- Qualify and champion opportunities, collaborating with and securing buy-in from key Flex stakeholders.
- Accurately articulate customer requirements back to Flex; identify and secure the right subject matter experts; create, lead, and ensure accountability across deal-specific collaborative teams.
- Ensure high-quality customer communications early in the engagement process.
- Work directly with client CEOs & COOs, ensuring high-quality early customer communications involving sales projections, P&L for the business unit, build and ramp plans, etc.

Pay Range (Applicable to US Remote) : Due to this role being remote, the actual pay range will vary depending on the geographical location of the candidate : $186,600.00 USD - $256,600.00 USD Annual.
