What You’ll Do:
As a Relationship Manager (Case Manager) at FLEXX, you’ll be the face of our patient experience, building powerful, lasting relationships. It’s not just about getting patients through the door – it’s about guiding them through their journey toward a pain-free, fully functional life. Here, you’ll:
- Be the Patient Advocate – Understand their struggles, fears, and goals. You’ll be their guide, keeping them motivated and on track with their care plan.
- Own the Experience – You’ll provide clarity on their care, break down financial plans, and ensure their schedule fits their life. You’ll be the person they trust to help them make the best decision for their health.
- Fuel the Mission – Work closely with our clinical team to ensure patients understand their progress and feel empowered by their journey. Every success is a shared victory!

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or management.
- Prior experience in a private medical practice is a big plus.
