Job Summary
General responsibilities include overseeing and replenishing supplies for two pantries, ensuring the cafeteria area is clean and organized. This role also involves maintaining and organizing 13 conference rooms, replenishing amenities like pens, notepads, and water pitchers. Additionally, it requires organizing and executing catering for meetings, demonstrating excellent time management and strategic thinking, quality assurance, and standard checks. The position involves managing budgeting, ordering supplies daily, email correspondence, and maintaining conference room and pantry materials. Providing professional and hospitable service to ultra-high net worth clients and executive-level employees is also a key responsibility.
Pantry Operations :
- Oversee the maintenance and replenishment of snacks, coffee, utensils, and other supplies for two pantries.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cafeteria area.
