Flint Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center located in Newark, Ohio is seeking an energetic, responsible and motivated professional that has the desire and drive to be our Business Office Manager.
Required qualifications for Business Office Manager:
- Prefer 2-3 years of experience as HR/Business Office Director in skilled nursing care, and Payroll
- Organizational and attention to detail is a must
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
- Experience with Medicaid applications preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
- Key position working with other personnel, residents, families, government agencies and insurance companies.
- Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Windows, Word and Excel
- Ability to implement and consistently administer programs, policies and procedures
