Responsibilities
- Facilitate activities and connections with campers
- Maintain safety and wellness of campers
- Create and/or oversee activity spaces
- Work in rotating support roles throughout camp
Additional Responsibilities
- Actively supervise campers
- Maintain organized and approachable activity spaces
- Ensure compliance with Camp Policies
- Report and record notable concerns or incidents
- Track camper allergies and dietary restrictions
- Add daily updates and photos to camper profiles
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 2 months experience working in a Camp, or 1 year in an Education or Child Care setting required
- Past management or leadership experience preferred
Physical Demands
On-site management at camp can be physically demanding, with extended periods of time on your feet, outside and occasional activity requiring physical exertion. You should be able to lift up to 40lbs and keep up with energetic children.
