Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Summer Camp Assistant Director. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for facilitating activities, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness. You will work closely with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive camp environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate activities and programs that promote learning and development
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for campers and staff
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 months experience working in a camp or education setting required
