Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager to join Flippo Construction Company, Inc.
The Project Manager will manage civil underground utility and/or bridge construction projects in the region. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, directing, and coordinating all activities for assigned projects
- Monitoring and controlling project budget and schedule
- Preparing and reporting project costs, progress, and forecasts
- Establishing and executing project work plans
- Maintaining open communication with clients, regulators, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Some project management experience or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Ability to manage large or multiple smaller projects
- Basic knowledge of contract law
- Excellent organization and time management skills
