About the Role
Flipside is seeking a talented and results-driven individual for the position of Senior Vice President Client Experience. We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record of winning new businesses and driving growth. As the Senior Vice President, Client Experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's business development efforts and client growth, Working closely with the CEO and local senior leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction and shape the growth and direction Flipside US.
Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive new business opportunities and achieve growth targets
- Utilize your strong networking abilities to identify and target potential clients, sectors, and industries aligned with Flipside's strategic objectives
- Leverage your proven track record of winning new businesses to generate leads, build relationships, and secure new client partnerships
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop innovative strategies and value propositions that differentiate Flipside in the market
- Drive growth behaviours with immediate team members
Client Growth and Account Management :

Salary range : $170,000.00 - $225,000.00
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current / former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's / applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
