Salary: $67,000 - $80,000, with additional robust bonus structure

As an Assistant General Manager at Flix Brewhouse, you will have the opportunity to create exceptional experiences for our guests by supporting the GM in leading and managing all aspects of the business, including the front of house, heart of house, and brewery. Your responsibilities will include managing food processes, projection procedures, inventory, ordering, and optimizing profits and guest satisfaction. You will also assist in the development and engagement of the leadership team.
To be successful in this role, you should be certified in food handling and alcohol service requirements, such as Serve Safe, and have extensive experience working in the restaurant industry. You should be a strong leader with the ability to inspire and foster the growth of emerging talent within your team. You should also have a solid understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. In addition, you should have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to effectively manage labor to facilitate a low turnover rate among team members. You should also be proactive, innovative, and timely in all daily work, with the ability to predict and manage COGs to keep operating costs in line with a budget. Finally, you should be able to support and empathize with guests when responding to feedback.
