The Opportunity
Flock Safety is looking to add an enthusiastic and agile Employee Experience Specialist to our growing People Team. This role will report to our Director of Employee Experience and will support both our main office location and administrative onboarding activities for incoming new hires. While Flock is a remote first company, the Employee Experience Specialist is required to work on-site at our West Midtown main office Monday through Friday.

In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary between $70,000-$90,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Manage the day to day office operations including, but not limited to: procuring parking passes, maintaining office access, greeting important visitors and clients, providing office tours, etc.
- Coordinate preboarding communications and task for new hires prior to their start date including equipment requests, swag shipments and incoming questions.
- Ensure we are always creating a world class office experience for the ~ 200 employees who may drop in (we are a remote first company with a hybrid office option for our Atlanta employees)
- Host employee and customer events taking place in our Atlanta office including set up, tear down, and some event planning activities
- Assist team members with event planning both in and outside of the Atlanta office.
- Maintain preventative maintenance for the office suites as well as ongoing maintenance, housekeeping intake/distribution of mail and packages.
- Handle all invoicing and payments related to role.
- Order office supplies, receive shipments, and ensure everything is stocked (snacks and beverages included)
- Assist with administrative upkeep of our co-working relationships around the country to provide remote employees with temporary workspaces when needed
- Have previous experience in office administration, retail, hospitality or customer service
- Possess a hospitality mindset and feel fulfilled when helping and supporting others
- Are biased toward operational excellence with a strong attention to detail
- Love putting chaos to order, both IRL and digitally
- Have basic proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) Navan and Coupa are a plus
- Facilities management experience is a plus!
- Are excited about working on a fast-paced, constantly evolving product
- Are open to taking on additional responsibilities where needed
