We're seeking a Senior Product Manager excited to guide the design of new flood insurance products and scale Floodbase's Policy Management application powering our insurance program portfolio. This is a highly visible and cross-functional job opportunity for an experienced product manager, with the ability to independently develop new products in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation
Floodbase offers competitive salaries with regular reviews and adjustments based on performance and industry standards. The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience with an expected range of $120,000 - $150,000. Additionally, this individual will receive equity compensation and a competitive benefits package.
This is a hybrid role requiring in-person attendance at our offices in Brooklyn, NY or Boston, MA, that will report to our Chief Product & Strategy Officer.
