What You'll Do
As a Clinical Account Manager, you will :
- Collaborate with ABMRC internal team members at all times to contribute to and successfully implement key strategies and tactics based on global messaging to accelerate the growth of the business.
- Draw on market (analytics), partner, and customer insights to assist development of account planning that translates into strategic and tactical levers supporting new and reoccurring sales growth and utilization of resources efficiently.
- Utilize internal business intelligence / CRM resources to contribute consistently to regional business management / forecasting efforts that support sustained growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the internal ABMRC team and external partners to prioritize customer interactions based on sales / performance targets and conduct regular business reviews focused on results, pipeline, and needed improvements / adjustments.
- Provide superior customer service and education for customers on ABMRC products through engagement(s) with key influencers to establish organizational best practices.
- Strategic ownership of product evaluation(s) planning / process and installation of products post-delivery to ensure products are effectively installed, training provided, and follow-up commitments are established to ensure customers and partners are motivated to move to purchase / deal close in a timely manner.
- Identify, develop, and mobilize key opinion leaders and advocates to endorse ABMRC and drive awareness of the product value proposition.
- Conduct effective competitive intelligence and collaborate closely with marketing to develop an action plan / objection handling resources to address risk(s) to customer influence.
- Management of customer and partner activity to be executed via phone calls / texts, email, virtual presentations, and in-person meetings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty while adhering to SOPs and company policies including ABMRC Code of Conduct guidelines, values, and travel / entertainment policies.
- Support and ensure compliance at all times with QARA guidelines for the United States and FDA.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
