Job Description
The Key Account Manager (Southeast Region) is responsible for driving sales growth and business expansion for the LDL- Apheresis System, targeting patients with familial hypercholesterolemia (FH), focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), and peripheral artery disease (PAD). This role requires close collaboration with sales management, healthcare providers, and administrative teams to optimize the deployment and utilization of Kaneka's products. The individual will oversee accounts, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals in the Southeast region.

Minimum Requirements
3 years of experience Related experience in Healthcare / Pharmaceutical sales, management or equivalentResult-orientation achieve sales objectives / targets of the assigned sales unit (territories, regions).Demonstrates a strong ability to collaborate and work effectively across various functions in a matrix environment, communicates clinical product details proficiently, maintains a proven history of consistently high performance, and excels at navigating and successfully selling to large accounts and key customer segments.Proactive individual with strong analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and use relevant data to solve problems and satisfy key customers, while showcasing ethical leadership and promoting a culture of compliance with company policies and laws.Candidate must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border. Ability to travel 70 - 80% over a broad geography is required, with the ability to drive and / or fly within the territory.Must have a valid driver's license.Job Requirements
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the Southeast region, focusing on FH, FSGS, and PAD patient populations.Identify opportunities to expand business by establishing new accounts and optimizing existing ones.Provide on-site and virtual support to ensure effective operation of the Liposorber system.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, administrative staff, and decision- makers in target accounts.Manage customer contracts, identify customer challenges and provide their possible solutions, oversee preventive maintenance schedules, and provide consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.Drive the adoption and integration of the Liposorber system within cardiology, nephrology, and vascular practices for FH, FSGS, and PAD patients.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting healthcare providers and institutions treating FH, FSGS, and PAD.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements related to the Liposorber system to inform business decisions.Work closely with colleagues to identify and engage potential patients for LDL-apheresis therapy.Partner with internal teams to provide insights and feedback to refine sales strategies and enhance product positioning for FH, FSGS, and PAD markets.Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports, including updates on sales performance, account activity, and market insights.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines, as well as adherence to industry best practices and ethical standards.Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and maintain industry expertise in treating FH, FSGS, and PAD.Compensation Information
Base : $125,000 - $138,000Variable : Commission structure being finalized. Currently, quarterly bonuses are based on KPIs.Total Compensation : $200,000 - $300,000 (potential)Benefits :
