The Flooid Technical Writer works in an Agile environment as part of a multi-discipline team to create software documentation that reflects the software or system for the end users. This includes both user-facing documentation, such as technical manuals and tutorials, and internal documentation, including product catalogs and configuration guides.
You and the Role
This Flooid Technical Writer position has great flexibility and the opportunity to work on a global scale. The primary duties of this role include :
- Create software documentation after thorough collaborations with subject matter experts and technical staff
- Write documentation for internal teams such as Project Managers and Solution Architects
- Convert complex documentation to easy language for multiple audiences
- Create product catalogs with screenshots and tutorials
- Exhibit technical accuracy in writing user documentation
- Update and adhere to in-house style guide
- Take existing and potential content and improve it

Location : United States - Remote or In-Office / Hybrid (primary office located in Cincinnati, Ohio). Because this role supports our global business, candidates must be based in the Eastern or Central Time Zones .
