We are seeking a bi-lingual, passionate and experienced Flooring Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in flooring products, materials, and design, combined with a proven ability to guide clients in creating beautiful spaces, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting connections with clients to drive ongoing business growth.
• In-Home Consultations: Visit customers in branded attire to discuss their flooring projects, offering expert advice tailored to their needs.
• Expert Recommendations: Leverage your knowledge of flooring materials, styles, and trends to guide customers to the best choices.
• Sales Tools: Use provided technology (tablet, laptop, software) to create proposals and close sales efficiently.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience (flooring knowledge is a must).
• Customer-Centric: Exceptional communication skills. Proven track record of connecting with customers and building trust to foster strong relationships.
• Drive to Succeed: A competitive spirit and a relentless focus on achieving sales targets.
• Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Integrity: High standards of honesty, ethics, and professionalism.
• Technology Savvy: Comfortable using computers, software, and sales tools (Salesforce, Outlook, Google Suite, Excel, etc).
• Flexibility: Availability to meet with homeowners, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid Drivers License: A current license is required.

Compensation:
