What is this role?
As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Synergy Sales Companyyou are responsible for hiring and onboarding talent to meet the resourcing needs of the organization, as well as improving the overall company talent profile through internal and external recruitment, talent analysis, data management, and creative sourcing. You will work closely with the Chief of staff and EVP of the companyto forecast and plan upcoming talent needs. You will :
- Hunt, screen, and hire high-caliber candidates for Frontier Communications, Spectrum & MetroNet
- Lead the full talent acquisition cycle, from search to onboarding.
- Master the art of remote recruiting – with occasional in-office visits.
