Job Description
Talent Depot, a staffing agency, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a great opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional to support key recruiting processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from interview scheduling to onboarding .
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews , coordinating availability and reserving conference rooms as needed.
- Manage interview logistics, including special arrangements and travel coordination when required.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and new hire packages , ensuring timely collection of pre-employment documentation (e.g., I-9, background checks, and drug screenings).
- Support new hire onboarding , facilitating communication between HR, IT, and security teams.
- Maintain and administer the applicant tracking system (ATS) , ensuring accurate requisition tracking and file management.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews on assigned requisitions.
- Track and monitor special payments (e.g., sign-on bonuses, employee referral rewards).
- Provide logistical support for recruiting events such as job fairs, campus hiring, and on-site recruiting initiatives .
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements within the recruiting function.
- Support sourcing and candidate identification for internship programs, pipeline hiring, and temporary or full-time roles across multiple disciplines.

Requirements
Entry Level Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred 1-3 years of recruitment support experience, customer service, administrative, or related work experience preferred. Ability to effectively communicate policies and information, knowing when to escalate questions or issues. Excellent attention to details and accuracy of data, ability to prioritize and follow through on requests.
Salary : $20 - $24
