What We Offer:
- Salary: $70,000 Bonuses
- Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday – Saturday)
- Minimum of 2 Saturdays per month

Responsibilities:
- This role will oversee 2 showroom locations (third possible location in the future)
- Provide outstanding customer service & lead by example
- Keep up to date on the wide selection of products & services
- Build positive, professional relationships with suppliers, sales consultants, contractors, and customers
- Plan & conduct sales meetings
- Create & distribute schedules for sales consultants
- Training, overseeing, directing & tracking overall performance of the sales team
- Ensure client relationships are built & follow up is completed on all jobs
- Setting personal & team sales quotas/goals
- Create, track & analyze sales reports with the owners
- Overseeing sales, promotions & campaigns
- Handling & resolving customer complaints
- Attend community networking events
- Review space/area measurements & calculate number of materials for project
- Provide sample suggestions, perform quality control, create/present project proposals for client approval, and relay any communication from estimators/project managers throughout project
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
- Help to maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays, and common areas neat, current, and clean
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-6 years’ proven work experience in Retail Management, Sales Manager, Flooring Sales, Hospitality, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms & Excel
- A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations
- Able to guide & mentor sales representatives
- Ability to set sales targets & achieve them effectively
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends & sales patterns
- Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving ability
- Strong personal & professional judgment
- Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Advanced time management skills & detail oriented
- Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of the flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
