Currently we are seeking an experienced flooring Showroom General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate MUST HAVE management or sales experience in a high end floor covering showroom. He/She will be responsible for driving sales, managing a small but mighty staff, and ensure our customers are provided an exceptional customer experience. This

Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Duties:
- Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Increase our business with repeat clients such as interior designers and architects.
- Conduct interviews and hire new staff members, providing training and ongoing development to enhance team performance.
- Utilize Quickbooks Online, Word, Excel and Measure Square software
- Develop and manage budgets to optimize showroom profitability while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Utilize retail sales techniques to effectively sell products and services to customers.
- Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms and pricing on inventory purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment that reflects the brands image.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role within an floorcovering showroom environment is REQUIRED.
- Strong skills in budgeting, payroll management, and financial oversight are essential.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing sales deals.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and handling financial transactions accurately.
