Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, warm and cold calling, processing inventory, and maintaining the showrooms appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation.
Responsibilities
Drive Sales Success:
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads, leveraging your bilingual (Spanish/English) skills to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and present tailored solutions.
- Schedule showroom appointments and in-home estimates, guiding customers through the selection process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage leads using our CRM system (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Experience in telemarketing or sales (flooring/home improvement experience a plus).
- Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, QuickBooks or Salesforce experience is a plus).
