Short Description : We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team and take charge of crafting innovative, high-impact digital marketing campaigns. This role focuses on managing paid advertising efforts, email marketing strategies, and creative project execution to drive engagement and business growth. Responsibilities :

  • Email Marketing Campaigns : Plan campaigns using Klaviyo to maximize customer engagement and conversions.
  • Paid Advertising Management : Create the creative aspect of paid campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Creative Project Management : Lead end-to-end creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timely execution.
  • Content Strategy : Collaborate with the team to develop innovative content strategies tailored to our target audience.
  • Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Industry Trends : Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and incorporate them into strategies.

    • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a Creative Strategist role, ideally within an e-commerce B2C company.
  • Expertise in email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo.
  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Exceptional design and editing skills for creating visually compelling campaigns.
  • Experience in creative project management with a results-driven approach.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and how e-commerce businesses operate.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications :
  • Experience working with US or UK-based companies.
  • A track record of successfully leading innovative campaigns that deliver measurable results.
