Are you a passionate book enthusiast eager to use your skills to grow brands and attract readers for books? Join our group as a Digital Advertising Generalist , where you'll design, write, and deploy ads across platforms to help independent authors succeed. If you thrive in creative, fast-paced environments and want to make an impact, this fully remote role is for you!

Compensation : Competitive salary based on experience.

Language Requirements : Advanced English communication skills (writing and verbal).

Location : 100% remote position.

Responsibilities :

  • Review, edit, and optimize author / book metadata, including bios, book descriptions, keywords, and genre categories for platforms like Amazon.
  • Design digital ads for books across genres using platforms like Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Write compelling ad copy and identify targeted audiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine products, services, and customer-facing materials.
  • Continuously improve processes to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.

    • Qualifications :

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in marketing, publishing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, publishing, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of the publishing industry and advertising markets.
  • Proficiency in Canva and social media platforms; experience with Adobe CS Suite is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to make error-free data updates.
  • Advanced computer literacy (non-programming), including MS Office.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with book metadata optimization.
  • Spanish as a second language is a plus.
