Review, edit, and optimize author / book metadata, including bios, book descriptions, keywords, and genre categories for platforms like Amazon.Design digital ads for books across genres using platforms like Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.Write compelling ad copy and identify targeted audiences.Collaborate with team members to refine products, services, and customer-facing materials.Continuously improve processes to ensure quality and effectiveness.Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.Qualifications :
2 - 3 years of experience in marketing, publishing, or a related field.Bachelor's Degree in marketing, publishing, or a related field.Working knowledge of the publishing industry and advertising markets.Proficiency in Canva and social media platforms; experience with Adobe CS Suite is preferred.Strong attention to detail with the ability to make error-free data updates.Advanced computer literacy (non-programming), including MS Office.Proven ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with book metadata optimization.Spanish as a second language is a plus.
