This role will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in performance media strategy, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to align digital initiatives with business goals.

Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to meet brand awareness, lead generation (100 qualified leads per week), and conversion goals.Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the digital landscape.
Campaign Management
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.Collaborate with the content team to develop high-performing ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.Conduct A / B testing to refine campaigns and improve performance metrics.
Analytics and Reporting
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.Partner with the Director of Business Transformation to prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders.Use data to inform ongoing adjustments to campaigns and strategies.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Partner with cross-functional teams, including local office leadership and Central Support, to ensure alignment on digital strategies.Serve as a subject matter expert for digital marketing across the organization.
Budget Management
Manage digital advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.Forecast and allocate budget across campaigns to meet short- and long-term goals.
KPIs or Goals : Generate
100 qualified leads per week .Increase brand awareness through enhanced web traffic.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media management.Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualization platforms.Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex data and insights in a clear, actionable manner.Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation platforms.A self-starter with a passion for digital marketing and a commitment to continuous learning.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the healthcare and / or wealth management industries.
