- Ensure efficient scheduling, launch, and retrieval of rental watercraft, including pontoon boats, jet skis, dolphin cruise, coastal cruiser.
- Maintain compliance with environmental, safety, and marine regulations.
- Implement policies and procedures for marina and fleet operations, including staffing, training, and customer service standards.
Water Asset Fleet Management
- Supervise the fleet of watercraft, ensuring regular maintenance, repair, and safety inspections are performed to extend the asset lifecycle.
