We’re looking to elevate our advertising by bringing cannabis communication out of the basement and into the open in ways that feel professional, elevated, and fun.
Job Description
We’re looking for a full time graphic designer with an eye for detail and a passion for professional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a digital artist with experience communicating with business professionals. Experience with cannabis, photography, and content creation are a plus. Salary is $40,000 to $45,000 per year depending upon experience with the possibility for advancement, bonuses, and paid time off. Some remote work is possible.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and out-of-home advertisting.
- Collaborate with the retail and wholesale teams to create cohesive designs that enhance brand identity.
- Utilize typography effectively to create visually appealing layouts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Create production-ready files and ensure quality control throughout the design process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in graphic design.

Location
Flora Farms’ cultivation facility and HQ are based 50 minutes North of Springfield in Humansville MO. With 7 dispensaries around the state and a manufacturing facility in Springfield, we have the opportunity to reach a diverse and engaging client base who is eager to hear from us. Travel to and from the farm on a regular basis is a must.
