Job Description
The Operator will operate production systems and support equipment to achieve process targets in accordance with the production plan. They will troubleshoot, make minor repairs, and coordinate support requirements. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The Operator must work with others to accomplish production demands as outlined in the schedule and ensure system efficiencies, GMPs, and performance measures are tracked and met.

Working Conditions
The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to work in heat and cold/inclement weather.
