About the Position
This role involves operating production systems and supporting equipment to achieve process targets in accordance with the production plan. The Operator will be responsible for troubleshooting, making minor repairs, and coordinating support requirements. They must possess good communication skills, both verbal and written, and work with others to accomplish production demands as outlined in the schedule. The Operator is directly responsible for system efficiencies and ensuring GMPs and performance measures are tracked and met.
Physical Demands & Work Conditions
The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to work in heat and cold/inclement weather.
