You will lead a team of Process Technicians which is why it's essential that you have either extensive manufacturing leadership experience
- an Engineering or Bachelor's Degree. You will be responsible for delivering Key Performance Indicators with a focus on increasing department efficiency while providing daily oversight of Processing operations for the ScMM and Conventional factories.
