Packaging/Trimming Technician

Flora Terra is looking for full-time Packaging/Trimming Technicians in Santa Rosa CA. We are a craft cannabis cultivation business with a dispensary in the same building. This is a Full-Time position Monday-Friday.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work in a Legal, Compliant, and Regulated Cannabis facility.
• Package plant material into proper containers/packaging with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations
• Trim Cannabis Flower to meet Quality Standards
• Apply trimming Knowledge/Experience
• Maintain Productivity and Efficiency
• Ability to trim at least 1000 grams per day

• Packaging will consist of filling pre-rolls, eighth bags/jars, Labeling and packaging (boxing, etc.)

This candidate will be trained on processes associated with the production, assembly, and packaging of all flower products including bulk flower and pre-rolls. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with keen attention to detail, a willingness to learn new skills, and great time management skills.

Physical Demands: Must be able to see, hear, talk, sit, walk, push, pull, twist, lift, squat, climb a ladder, and stand for prolonged periods. Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-35lbs regularly.

This is a full-time position, hours will vary depending on the needs of the business. Expect to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation depends on experience.

Additional Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license or State ID card
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
