What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Coordinator position at Florence Crittenton Programs of SC?
The Facilities Coordinator (Part-Time) performs many maintenance, safety and management tasks that promote a clean and safe environment for our residents and employees. The Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager and collaborates with other members of senior leadership to improve our residents’ quality of life.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas of company properties, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots, vehicles, and outdoor recreation spaces
- Manage repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of company facilities, including building systems, vehicles, appliances, and outdoor spaces.
- Work with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate facilities services, including custodial, landscaping, and security services.
- Ensure company facilities are maintained in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Schedule routine inspections and safety drills for all company properties.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs for all company property.
- Available for after-hours emergency calls and occasional weekend work.
