What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at Florence Filter?
Production Worker
Full Time, Monday-Friday, 6:55am – 3:25 pm
Compensation: Hourly $16-$18
An ideal Production Worker possesses the following qualities:
- Cares about making quality products
- Works well with team members and respects them
- Honest
- Reliable (is not late often & does not miss a lot of work days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Willing to help out where needed
Production Worker roles & responsibilities:
- Assemble air filters
- Work with Fiberglass
- Learn different machines & stations (cross training)
- Take direction from Production Manager & other leads
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
- Facilities maintenance and cleaning
- Make deliveries using our truck when needed
