Florence Hand Home Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently hiring a full-time Assistant Buisiness Office Manager
Assistant Business Office Manager must be able to effectively communicate with the Business Office Manager, Executive Director, and other staff as well as interact effectively with residents, families, attorneys, and outside agencies.
At least 1 year Business Office experience in a long term care setting preferred.
The Business Office Assistant job duties :
- Census accuracy and verification of residents Payers in EMR / Billing software
- Depositing / Posting payments
- Assist Residents / Family with State Medicaid Applications
- Collections of Patient Liability and Private Pay
- Management of Resident Funds
- Timely billing and follow- up of private statements, Medicare, Medicaid, and Insurance
- Attend meetings as required
