Job Summary

Duties

- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families regarding health management and lifestyle changes.
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results; administer treatments such as catheterization and dialysis as required.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide acute care in emergency medicine settings.
- Offer specialized care in memory care for patients with cognitive impairments.
- Utilize sonography techniques when necessary to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Advocate for patients with disabilities, ensuring their unique healthcare needs are met.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in acute care settings.
