Florida Agency Network is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Post Closing Support Processor to join our team with Network Transaction Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely scanning of closing documents, conducting online public records searches for post closing documents and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Florida Agency Network (FAN) is a network of independent real estate title agencies that have formed a strategic alliance to provide shared back-office services, pooled resources, and greater geographic coverage throughout the State of Florida. FAN is a leading provider of tile insurance and real estate ancillary services. Qualified Candidate will :
- Ensure timely scanning of all files that are received in the Post Closing Department
- Answer incoming Post Closing phone calls and emails
- Sort through and process incoming mail
- Conduct online searches of public records to locate Mortgage Satisfaction documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding order processing
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Cross train with other departments to continue growth and knowledge
- Be an amazing Team Player
